Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool and Day Care Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing age-appropriate educational programs that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. The teacher will engage children in various activities, fostering their creativity and curiosity while ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement daily lesson plans that align with developmental milestones.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment for children.
• Engage children in play-based learning activities that promote exploration and discovery.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive learning environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans.
• Knowledge of child development principles and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
