We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Communications Strategist to join our management consulting firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that align with the company’s business objectives. This role will include overseeing external events such as open days and roadshows, providing strategic design direction, and ensuring that all internal and external communications meet the highest branding and quality standards.
As a key member of the communications team, you will contribute to strengthening our brand presence, enhancing thought leadership, and ensuring seamless communication across various channels, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
Communication Strategy & Execution
- Support management and execution of key events, including open days, roadshows, webinars, and other client-facing initiatives, ensuring they run smoothly and meet client requirements and standards
- Support the development and execution of communication campaigns that enhance the company’s brand positioning and visibility in the market.
Internal communications
- Oversee internal communication channels, including the company website, internal newsletters, and other communications platforms.
Branding and marketing
- Provide strategic guidance on design and branding to ensure all client-facing materials (proposals, presentations, reports, etc.) adhere to brand guidelines and meet the highest quality standards.
- Work closely with design teams or external agencies to ensure consistency in visual elements, typography, and overall brand integrity across all platforms.
- Review and advise on design for various internal and external communication materials, including social media posts, client deliverables, thought leadership pieces, and website content.
Thought leadership and content development
- Support the creation of thought leadership content with employees, including blog posts, articles, whitepapers, and case studies that highlight the company’s expertise and industry insights.
Social media and digital presence
- Lead the company’s social media strategy, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant channels.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns, adjust strategies as needed, and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage content calendars and ensure timely publication of materials that support the company’s brand and thought leadership initiatives.
Key requirements:
- 5–8 years of experience in communications, branding, and event management, ideally in a management consulting, professional services, or corporate environment.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute on communication strategies.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with the ability to tailor content for various audiences.
- Strong knowledge of branding principles and design best practices.
- Excellent event management skills with experience in organising and executing corporate events, open days, or roadshows.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to travel when required, i.e., for open days held for international projects.
