What You’ll Do

• Lead with Purpose: Manage and supervise end-to-end audit engagements—from planning to reporting—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Provide objective assurance aligned with global standards (IIA, BNM Guidelines) and help shape best practices in governance and compliance.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Recommend enhancements to internal controls, policies, and processes that safeguard resources and enable growth.
• Coach and Inspire: Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Innovate in Audit: Develop and maintain cutting-edge audit programs and leverage technology for smarter, more efficient audits.
• Adapt and Contribute: Take on ad-hoc reviews, investigations, and strategic initiatives that keep our organization agile and secure.

What We’re Looking For

• Academic & Professional Credentials: Degree in Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s is a plus). Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, CISA, CIA, or ISMS Lead Auditor are highly valued.
• Experience That Counts: Minimum 5 years in financial auditing within a large public accounting firm or financial institution.
  • Skills That Set You Apart:Strong knowledge of IT and accounting principles
  • Proven ability to lead audits and deliver actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
  • Familiarity with frameworks like ISMS, COBIT, PCI DSS and tools like ACL is an advantage
