Aspiring Leader Programme (18 months)
Rotate across 3 business units, gain strategic exposure, and grow as a future leader. Includes mentorship, cross-functional projects, and training opportunities.
Technology Graduate Programme (18 months)
Dive into different IT functions ranging from platform engineering, IT security, Data Lake, Application development and more.
Minimum Requirements (Both Programmes)
- Malaysian nationality
- Bachelor’s Degree with minimum CGPA 3.7 / Second Class Upper / WAM 85% or equivalent (state clearly in resume)
- Less than 2 years of full-time working experience
