Requirements:

Nationality: Malaysian

Qualifications : Bachelor Degree of Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent

Preferred duration of the internship : 6 months

Scope of work:

  1. The intern will be placed on a structured development path to support Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) activities. 
  2. The trainee will assist senior LPMs and planning teams in coordinating strategic initiatives, maintaining portfolio visibility, and ensuring alignment between business and technology objectives. 
  3. Over time, the trainee will gain exposure to portfolio operations, Agile frameworks, budget planning, risk governance, and stakeholder management across divisions.

Expected deliverables:

  1. Portfolio Support Documentation
    • Accurate meeting notes, action trackers, and initiative logs.
    • Up-to-date Confluence documentation on portfolio and planning status.
  2. Jira & Reporting Hygiene
    • Maintained backlog cleanliness and feature tagging.
    • Weekly portfolio dashboard and delivery health updates.
  3. Planning Pack Contributions
    • Contribution to PI planning slides and post-PI review materials.
    • Inputs into capacity/resource demand tracking.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination
    • Summary of progress, risk, and dependency flags from cross-functional teams.
    • Coordinated update requests from Product, Engineering, and GRC teams.
  5. Communication Artifacts
    • Contribution to quarterly business review decks.
    • Visual status reports tailored for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  6. Learning Milestones
    • Certification or proof of learning in Agile, SAFe LPM, or portfolio tooling (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro).
    • Presentation or retrospective on lessons learned and proposed improvements.
