The Senior Executive in Rules Communication and Advisory will assist in implementing participant engagement and communication strategies, supporting the delivery of clear,effective, and timely communications to PayNet participants. This role is focused on executing tasks related to participant advisory support, feedback management, and digital communication production. The Senior Executive will work closely with the Senior Specialist and Head of Rules Communication and Advisory to manage inquiries and ensure consistent communication across stakeholders.

 

The person will play a crucial role in supporting towards the clarity, transparency, and enhancing understanding and fostering compliance by internal stakeholders and participants with PayNet Participation Rules, Operational Procedures, and Overlay Services Procedures (“Rules”) in support of a secure, reliable, and accessible payment infrastructure and network for the country

 

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities

 

Participant Communication and Engagement Support


  • Support the planning and execution of participant engagement events and forums, assisting with logistics, resource coordination, and event content preparation.
  • Assist in gathering feedback from participants and internal stakeholders on rule changes and communicate this feedback effectively to relevant team members.

Communication Material Development and Distribution


  • Assist in creating and distributing high-quality communication materials, including digital circulars, infographics, and newsletters, ensuring participants receive timely updates on rule changes.
  • Help manage and maintain the centralized communication channels for disseminating information to participants, utilizing automation tools where applicable.

Participant Inquiries and Advisory Assistance


  • Provide initial responses to basic participant inquiries regarding operational procedures, rules, and compliance requirements, referring complex cases to the Senior Specialist or Head.
  • Ensure prompt handling of participant inquiries, documenting all communications and ensuring responses align with PayNet’s standards.

Feedback Management and Reporting


  • Collect and document participant feedback during engagements, assisting with analysis and reporting on feedback trends and common concerns.
  • Assist the Senior Specialist in creating reports and presentations based on feedback, providing insights for the continuous improvement of rules and communication practices.

Quality Assurance and Content Verification


  • Assist in quality-checking communication materials for accuracy and clarity before dissemination to participants.
  • Ensure that all communication materials follow established standards and maintain consistency in messaging.

 

 

Qualifications

 

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or a related field.

3-5 years of experience in communications, event coordination, or regulatory environments.

Good written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

Basic knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks is a plus.

Familiarity with digital tools for communication and feedback management..

 

Strong organizational skills: with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

 

Detail-oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in all documentation and communications.

 

User-Centric Mindset: A focus on creating communication and engagement artifacts that are reader-friendly and cater to the needs of various audiences.

 

Adaptability: Ability to adapt to a dynamic industry landscape and implement communication and engagement strategies that resonate with diverse stakeholders.
