Please find below our eligibility criteria for internship placement:
- Nationality: Malaysian
- Minimum CGPA: 3.0
Education/Field of Study: Law and/or Company Secretarial
- To provide administrative support to the Supervisor and the team, including typing, filing, photocopying documents, responding to correspondences via post and email, efficient handling of Teams call enquiries, drafting of letters, agreements and minutes of meetings;
- To input, update and maintain data and documents held on the SharePoint;
- To proactively assist the Supervisor and team where required;
- After initial coaching, legal tasks will include organising information, recording key information of contracts, legal research, drafting legal documentation, collaborating and assisting internal stakeholders’ requests, provide assistance in preparation for Management, Board Committee and Board meetings and preparing documents for payments, audit and stamping;
- Assisting with external events, presentations and meetings delivery;
- Accurately record full details of contracts and agreements in SharePoint;
- Ensure that own knowledge and expertise are as up-to-date as possible in the relevant fields of law and company secretarial;
- Provide general support to the running of including organising and attending meetings and events such as meetings with internal stakeholders and Management meetings;
- Liaising with internal stakeholders and external organisations in daily tasks;
- Deliver work by the given deadline and expected turn-around time;
- Actively participate in team meetings, briefings, trainings and company events;
- Take responsibility for developing own and other professional knowledge and skills;
- Maintain the standard of professional service in line with PayNet’s Core Values, policies and procedures;
- Undertake any other related duties as may reasonably be required by the Supervisor and the team.
