Summary of responsibilities 

Serves as point of contact for clients, PayNet account managers and stakeholders, leveraging deep technical knowledge and strategic insight to understand their needs and design innovative solutions that address their challenges and drive business growth. Responsible to provide solution advisory support and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and exceptional client experiences. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and internal teams, serving as a trusted advisor in solution design and implementation. Stays informed about emerging technologies and industry trends and accountable in providing strategic insights and recommendations to clients to drive value and achieve business objectives.

 

Key Areas of Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients, stakeholders and PayNet account managers to understand their Card business requirements and objectives and assess their technical and business capabilities and appetite.
  • Assist in technical and business solution design stakeholders and PayNet account managers based on their Card business requirements and objectives, and Card technical and business capabilities and appetite, leveraging deep industry technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Assist in design mitigation plans to manage potential risk and challenges in implementing proposed solutions to clients, stakeholders and internal teams.
  • Prepare and assist in delivering compelling presentations and demonstrations of proposed Card solutions to clients and stakeholders, showcasing the value and benefits of the solution.
  • Assist to coordinate and collaborate with internal teams (Technology, Product and Operations) to deliver the proposed Card solutions to clients and stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
  • Assist to coordinate operational processes and procedures revision with internal and external stakeholders.

 

Qualifications & Experience 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required.

Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in developing and implementing Card solutions and client-facing role, such as solution consulting, pre-sales and post-sales implementation and support
  • Experience in execution of Card solutions strategies that drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Experience in business operation and project management, with the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
