Key responsibilities:
- RMA/Logistic/Rebate Claim or relevant will assign as necessary.
- Assisting in SKU creation to support import from Business Development and Private Label team.
- Account entries, document checking and account related issues.
- Arranging customer/inter-related companies ordering and invoicing.
- Stock taking, general administrative work and other duties as required.
- To support Odoo implementation business.
- Candidate must be able to travel group offices especially Australia Head Office for first 3 years.
Job specifications:
- At least 2 years’ working experience in Account/Admin position.
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Flexible to give support according business development and needs.
- A good understanding on how Internet / e-commerce business works would be an added advantage.
- Flexible to accept and adapt to constant change.
- A fast learner and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate in cross-cultural team settings.
- Proactive, responsible, organised, and able to work independently.
- Able to join us immediately would be an added advantage.
- Required language(s): English and Mandarin.
- Good command of written/spoken in English and Mandarin.
