Core responsibilities
- Provide assistance for all b2b sales via appointed portals/ software.
- Assist with customers’ queries, issues and returns.
- Design and implement lead generation, business profiling and sales conversation strategies.
- Develop and maintain a product and marketplace knowledge base.
- Manage marketplaces and meet customer service SLAs.
- Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD.
Job specifications
- At least 1 year of past working experience in lead generation and sales.
- Competent with Microsoft Suite and willing to learn new software.
- Flexible to accept and adapt to constant change.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate in cross-cultural team settings.
- Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
