Core responsibilities

  • Provide assistance for all b2b sales via appointed portals/ software.
  • Assist with customers’ queries, issues and returns.
  • Design and implement lead generation, business profiling and sales conversation strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a product and marketplace knowledge base.
  • Manage marketplaces and meet customer service SLAs.
  • Any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by HOD.


Job specifications

  • At least 1 year of past working experience in lead generation and sales.
  • Competent with Microsoft Suite and willing to learn new software.
  • Flexible to accept and adapt to constant change.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and collaborate in cross-cultural team settings.
  • Proactive, responsible, organized, and able to work independently.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
