Responsibilities

As a Project Management Intern, you will work directly with ORA’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr Ben, gaining rare exposure to how senior clinical decisions are translated into products, processes, and operating systems.

• Support Dr Ben across clinical, operational, and patient‑journey initiatives, turning ideas into clear actions.
• Coordinate across clinical, operations, product, and technology teams to ensure smooth communication and execution.
• Translate clinical requirements into actionable tasks for technology and operational teams.
• Drive projects forward by maintaining timelines, action lists, and following up relentlessly.
• Identify risks, blockers, and delays early, escalating with clear context for decisions.
• Improve patient journeys by mapping touchpoints, spotting friction, and prioritising opportunities for improvement.
• Assist with testing and launching new features, workflows, and clinical initiatives.

Qualifications and Requirements

This internship is suited for students or recent graduates who want hands‑on experience in healthcare, operations, product, or startups.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business, health sciences, engineering, design, or related field.
• Strong organisation, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Comfortable with collaboration and project‑tracking tools (Notion, Jira/Trello, Slack, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
• Professional judgement and discretion when handling sensitive patient and clinical information.
• Genuine interest in digital health, telehealth, or healthcare operations is a strong plus.
