As our Marketing Intern, you will bring our brands to life by driving our social presence, engaging with creators, and connecting authentically with our growing community.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will directly impact how our demographic-focused brands—including andSons and OVA—connect with audiences daily. You will take ownership of our content cadence and support the execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
- Manage the social media content calendar from end-to-end, preparing creative briefs, scheduling posts, and coordinating closely with our agency partners.
- Source and shortlist impactful content creators, driving outreach and asset delivery to KOLs and affiliates to expand our brand reach.
- Create and execute weekly social media outputs, ensuring you submit and publish at least two high-quality, engaging postings on Instagram each week.
- Track and analyse day-to-day campaign performance, delivering competitor analysis and operational reporting to help enhance brand visibility.
- Support community management efforts and contribute innovative ideas for upcoming brand partnerships and marketing campaigns.
Qualifications and Requirements
This internship is ideal for an ambitious student or recent graduate looking for hands-on, fast-paced marketing experience. You do not need years of corporate experience, but you must bring energy, execution power, and a deep understanding of modern digital spaces.
- Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a degree programme in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven comfort and proficiency in navigating Instagram (essential) and TikTok (preferred) to drive audience engagement.
- Demonstrated passion or experience in content creation, particularly short-form video production.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively in a fully remote setup.
- Strong multi-tasking skills and a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy across all public-facing assets.
