About ORA

At ORA, we believe that healthcare should be accessible, convenient, and deeply personal. We are building a modern digital experience that enables patients to access care on their terms, delivering high quality, specialised treatments for chronic conditions.

As a vertically integrated telehealth platform founded in 2020, ORA is South East Asia's fastest growing digital health provider. We operate across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, with additional markets launching soon. Our portfolio of healthcare brands includes andSons (men's health), OVA (women's health), and Modern Molecules (online dermatology).

We recently secured a $10M Series A funding round, representing the largest investment for any digital health organisation in South East Asia. Backed by this strong financial foundation and established market strength, we are expanding rapidly to unlock the next stage of our growth. We are an agile, hypotheses-led company that sets clear quarterly objectives and executes efficiently. If you are eager to contribute to a well-funded, expanding digital health pioneer, we welcome your application.

Who This Role Is Best For

This position offers a fast-paced, commercially focused environment with a high degree of autonomy. We operate with a passion for progression and an energetic approach to new ideas and opportunities. This makes this role ideal for a seasoned, craftily strategic data leader who thrives on creating impact and doesn't require rigid structure, prescriptive leadership, or established corporate development frameworks.

You will thrive here if you are:

  • Proactive & Insight-Driven: You don’t just build dashboards or pull reports on request; you anticipate business needs, uncover hidden patterns, and propose commercial opportunities before you are asked.
  • Commercially Canny: You look past raw numbers to see business relevance, evaluating data through the lens of marketing reach, user acquisition, and overall business scaling.
  • AI-Native & Innovative: You natively leverage artificial intelligence to optimise data workflows, build sharper predictive insights, and bring fresh ideas on how to create value.
  • Resilient & Grounded: You can present with clarity, and act as a trusted advisor alongside a high-energy, ambitious senior leadership team.

Responsibilities

Sitting at the heart of our commercial growth engine, you will take full ownership of ORA's business intelligence strategy. You will lead a small, agile data team to translate complex data sets into highly digestible, commercially relevant insights that drive executive decision-making.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead & Mentor: Manage and develop a lean, high-performing BI team, fostering a culture of agility, entrepreneurialism and high execution.
  • Advise Senior Leadership: Act as a core strategic advisor to the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), presenting vital business reports and data narratives in concise, clear, and business-focused formats.
  • Map the Patient Lifecycle: Deep-dive into patient lifecycle metrics, mapping the user journey to pinpoint drop-off zones, optimise conversion funnels, and unlock retention opportunities.
  • Optimise Marketing & Reach: Analyse marketing performance and reach data to maximize ROI across multiple geographic markets and product lines.
  • Champion Predictive Analytics: Shift the BI function from a reactive ticketing system to a proactive powerhouse that delivers forward-looking, actionable commercial insights.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Professional Experience: Proven track record as a BI leader or senior specialist, ideally experienced in scaling data functions within fast-growing, agile, or startup environments.
  • Communication & Presence: Exceptional ability to present data concisely to non-technical executive teams, with the confidence to challenge hypotheses and back up recommendations.
  • Technical & Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of user behavior analytics, customer acquisition metrics, growth funnels, and core data architecture/visualization tools.
  • AI Tool Fluency: Demonstrated history of integrating AI tools and methodologies into data workflows to drive efficiency and speed.
  • Execution Mindset: Highly autonomous and crafty; comfortable working in environments without robust corporate guardrails, seamlessly moving between high-level advisory and hands-on execution.

Our Commitment to Inclusivity and Accessibility

At ORA, we believe that diverse perspectives build stronger healthcare outcomes. We are committed to creating an inclusive work environment where all individuals are treated with respect, fairness, and dignity. We welcome applications from qualified candidates of all backgrounds, irrespective of race, ethnicity, gender, age, or religion.

We are also dedicated to providing a fair and accessible recruitment process. If you require any reasonable adjustments or support during the application or interviewing stages, please let us know so that we can accommodate your needs
