In this role, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, helping to create a positive experience for our customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our products and services. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and retention, contributing to the overall growth of the company.

What you’ll do:

● Handle customer support tickets and resolve issues promptly

● Pick up inbound calls and assist customers with their queries

● Communicate clearly, empathetically, and professionally at all times

● Collaborate with internal teams when escalation is needed

● Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience in every interaction

What we’re looking for:

● Strong communication skills (written & verbal)

● Comfortable handling calls and multitasking between tickets

● A problem-solving mindset with patience and empathy

● Prior experience in customer support or healthcare is good to have

● Ability to work independently in a roster-based schedule
