Responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Medical Lead, you will provide clinical care through our digital platform:

• Review patient histories, symptoms, and medications to formulate accurate diagnoses and treatment plans.
• Contribute clinical expertise to maintain high standards of patient care and verify complex cases.
• Maintain accurate, compliant digital medical records in line with Malaysian healthcare regulations.
• Liaise efficiently between the Medical Lead, administrative teams, and the pharmaceutical team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Professional Registration: Must be fully registered with the Malaysian Medical Council (MMC), possess a valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC), and have completed compulsory service under KKM (Kementerian Kesihatan Malaysia).
• Clinical Familiarity: Familiarity or interest in key focus areas such as men's health (erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and hair loss) and general wellness (weight loss) is highly advantageous.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable utilising online tools, dashboards, and telehealth platforms efficiently.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect effectively with digital healthcare users.
• Location: Must reside within the Klang Valley and be able to work onsite at our facility.

• Mode of Employment: Full time, Onsite
• Location: Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam
• Availability: Candidates who are immediately available or on short notice periods will be highly preferred.
