About The Position
We are looking for a Social Content Creator to help us shoot and post new content across our social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok). You will work hand-in-hand with our in house creative studio and our marketing teams to deliver new video and static content, either shot and edited yourself or briefed to a talented creative in our network. This is your opportunity to own and grow social media channels with a content-first approach to engage new audiences as we change the face of health.
What you’ll do
- Identify new content ideas by finding new insights, stories or trends.
- Shoot and edit weekly new UGC style content for use across social media and other marketing channels. Content can be video or static
- Brief a network of content creators to bring more content to our in house creative studio.
- Source new content from other online creators for reposting.
- Social media management: Plan and post content across our social media accounts and report on performance to identify engaging angles and ideas to leverage further.
- Write engaging captions for social media posts.

What you’ll bring
- 1+ years relevant experience in a creative or social media role.
- Basic photography and video editing skills with a proven track record of creating own content for use on social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. You are able to convey your vision for content ideas clearly and concisely and write a tight brief for creators.
- A self-starter, comfortable in a high ambiguity environment, with a “rolled-up sleeves” approach. Tenacity, drive, and a sense of urgency around getting stuff done are essential.
- Strong organizational & time management to move projects from idea to brief to sample to production and drive teams around them to keep projects moving.
