One People Team is partnering with 3cat (https://3cat.my) a high-growth circular economy startup on a mission to make secondhand electronics the first choice across Southeast Asia, to hire a Talent Specialist who is passionate about people, talent, and culture.

As 3cat continues to scale its team, retail footprint, and impact, we're looking for someone who loves connecting with people, building relationships, and creating exceptional experiences for candidates and employees alike.

This role will play a key part in helping 3cat attract great talent, strengthen its employer brand, and build a culture where people can thrive. You will be one of the ambassadors of 3cat, representing who we are both internally and externally while helping build the people and culture foundations that support our next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Attraction, Employer Branding & Talent Acquisition

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment across various business functions
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce plans
  • Develop sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across different levels and functions
  • Build and nurture talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, universities, networking events, and professional communities
  • Create and support employer branding initiatives that showcase life at 3cat, career opportunities, employee stories, and company culture
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates based on role requirements and organisational fit
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Deliver a positive and engaging candidate experience from first interaction through onboarding
  • Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring processes and candidate experience

Employee Experience, Culture & People Initiatives

  • Support employee engagement initiatives, internal events, and culture-building activities
  • Assist in onboarding programs to create a positive new hire experience
  • Coordinate employee feedback and engagement initiatives
  • Support talent development, learning, and people-related programs as the company grows
  • Partner with leaders and employees to strengthen employee experience and reinforce company values and culture
  • Support people projects and initiatives that contribute to building a scalable and engaging workplace

Key Requirements

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Marketing, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, Employer Branding, or related fields
  • Experience hiring across multiple functions and levels is an advantage
  • Experience in a startup, scale-up, retail, technology, or consumer-facing environment is preferred
