About The Role
We are looking for a hands-on Talent Acquisition Specialist to join One People Team (OPT).
This role goes beyond recruitment execution. You will work across multiple clients, roles, and industries, building strong pipelines, supporting hiring decisions, and developing a deeper understanding of what good hiring looks like in different business contexts.
While hiring will be your core focus, you will also gain exposure to broader HR work across talent, performance, and culture over time.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end recruitment across multiple client roles
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms (strong emphasis on passive sourcing)
- Build and maintain high-quality candidate pipelines across multiple roles
- Screen and assess candidates based on role requirements, team fit, and potential
- Manage candidate communication and interview coordination
- Work closely with multiple hiring managers to understand role needs and expectations
- Track hiring progress and ensure timely follow-through across all stages
- Maintain structured and accurate tracking of candidates and pipelines
- Support and gain exposure to broader HR initiatives (e.g. talent, performance, culture)
Key Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Proven ability or strong interest in proactive sourcing (not just managing inbound applicants)
- Comfortable supporting multiple clients and managing different stakeholders concurrently
- Able to operate in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
- Experience with LinkedIn sourcing and familiarity with ATS tools is preferred
- Clear, confident, and professional communication skills
- Organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and care in your work
