The Role: Talent Executive

We’re looking to connect with HR professionals who have experience in one or more of the following areas:

✅ Talent Acquisition – Managing end-to-end recruitment processes

✅ HR Operations – Overseeing employee lifecycle processes, driving process improvements, ensuring compliance with local labour laws, and collaborating across functions to enhance HR service delivery

✅ Payroll – Handling end-to-end payroll with accuracy and compliance

✅ HR Business Partnering – Supporting business units with people strategy and advisory

✅ Learning & Development – Facilitating leadership or management workshops, coaching sessions, and managing talent or development programmes

✅ Compensation & Benefits – Supporting salary review cycles, benefits programs, and reward strategies

Who This Role Is For

✔️ Proven experience in a similar HR capacity

✔️ A high level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling confidential information

✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills

✔️ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution abilities

✔️ Exceptional organisational skills and keen attention to detail

✔️ Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities

✔️ The ability to prioritise and delegate tasks as needed

✔️ A strong understanding of HR best practices, regulations, and employment laws

✔️ The ability to build and maintain strong relationships across diverse teams
