The Role: Human Resource Manager

We’re looking to connect with experienced HR professionals who have led teams and driven impactful HR initiatives. You may be a great fit if you bring expertise in one or more of the following areas:

✅ Leading and managing HR teams to implement initiatives that support business goals across the organisation

✅ Delivering key HR processes across the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, manpower planning, engagement, performance management, compensation & benefits, and offboarding

✅ Leading the Centre of Excellence (COE), such as in Organisational Development and Talent Management

✅ Advising and supporting managers on employee relations, legal compliance, and adherence to local labour laws and policies

✅ Facilitating critical conversations with employees and business leaders, especially around complex or sensitive issues

✅ Driving continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance HR processes, policies, and service delivery

Who This Role Is For

✔️ Proven experience in a senior HR role, with a strong track record in leading HR initiatives and teams

✔️ High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential matters

✔️ Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organisation

✔️ Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills

✔️ Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams

✔️ Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to advise and influence business leaders

✔️ Solid organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively

✔️ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound decision-making under pressure

✔️ Deep understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements

✔️ Ability to build trusted relationships across diverse teams and foster a collaborative work environment

✔️ Resilience in navigating change and ambiguity, with a flexible mindset and respect for different working styles
