The Role: Learning & Development Executive (OPT Academy)

You’ll work directly with the Managing Partner to grow and support the next phase of OPT Academy. This is an early-career role (fresh graduates or those with 0 to 2 years of experience) and it is a mix of event planning, content research and creation, workshop design, and client experience.

You’ll be at the heart of how we create impactful learning journeys, from the first client conversation to the final workshop slide. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to learn fast, build something meaningful, and grow into a strong learning and development professional with a deep love for learning, people, and purpose.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Collaborate with the Managing Partner to grow and shape the Academy's programs
• Research topics in leadership, personal growth, communication, culture, and learning.
• Design engaging workshop content, tools, and participant materials
• Support and co-facilitate leadership programs and workshops
• Manage the full participant and client experience with care and detail
• Build beautiful, high-impact PowerPoint presentations and workshop decks
• Support and contribute to any additional projects or initiatives that are critical to the company’s success and strategic goals

• An early career person with 0-2 years experience who is a lifelong learner
• Someone who is curious, loves reading, researching, and writes for fun and learning
• A creative thinker who can turn ideas into compelling workshop content
• Great with PowerPoint and visual storytelling
• Loves people, energy, conversations, and making others feel heard and supported
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and great at juggling tasks

How Success Will Be Measured

• Quality of learning content and decks: workshop materials and PowerPoint decks are consistently high-impact, visually polished, and easy for participants to understand and apply.
• Client and participant experience: client stakeholders and participants feel supported, engaged, and confident throughout the entire journey, from prep to delivery to follow-up.
• Program delivery excellence: workshops run smoothly with strong coordination, preparation, and follow-through, with minimal last-minute issues and high standards maintained.
• Academy growth contribution: OPT Academy offerings grow through improved program design, better packaging, and execution that supports repeat business and referrals.

Compensation and Growth
