Position Summary: A Marketing Executive is responsible for the company’s overall marketing direction. In this position, the individual will be involved in conducting market survey & competitor analysis, developing marketing strategies, implementing marketing plans, coordinating marketing events & projects, direct corporate branding & publicity, preparation of marketing materials and etc.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, updates and innovate company’s website and social media pages,
- Content structuring, planning, preparation, and publishing,
- Source for and coordinating with designers, copy writers, PR personnel, suppliers, publishers etc. for the completion and success production of marketing materials & events,
- Preparation of product brochures, flyers, and any other marketing materials,
- Plan for product launching & press release (event planning, marketing material and strategies),
- Coordinating corporate & marketing events (exhibition, conference, talks, press release etc.),
- Provides creative and innovation seasonal gifting ideas for customers & business counterparts, and coordinate for the implementation of it,
- Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies,
- Conducting market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures,
- Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication,
- Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance,
- Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses,
- Compiling, distributing, and presenting ideas, information, and strategies,
- Working closely with the business development team to develop targeted sales strategies; and working closely with CEO office for corporate and key personal branding and publicity.
Requirement and Skills:

- Proven experience as Marketing Executive or similar role.
- Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.
- Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices.
- Proficient in MS Office and designing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop etc.).
- IT skills, including social media and basic video editing skills would be of added value.
- Excellent communication and people skills (teamworking is essential).
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Resourcefulness, attention to details and comfort offering solutions.
- Proficiency crafting creative, inspiring stories that deliver complex concepts simply.
Education and Experience:
- BSc/BA in marketing, business administration or relevant discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of working experience in related field is required for this position. Fresh graduates with notable undergraduate’s experience are encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with experience in the healthcare industries OR science graduates with marketing experience is of added advantage.
Work Environment:
- This position required frequent liaising and communicating with distinguished parties within or outside of the organization.
- Working out of office hours and travelling may be necessary on certain occasions such as exhibition, events, projects and etc.
- Frequent interaction and working closely with team members, BD team, lab team, business counterparts and suppliers.
- Survey, response and dealing with clients.
