About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior HR Officer to lead and manage full-spectrum HR operations for our Philippines office. This role plays a key part in shaping HR processes, ensuring compliance, and supporting both business growth and employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

HR Operations & Strategy

  • Lead end-to-end HR operations for the Philippines site
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR policies and processes aligned with regional standards
  • Maintain and update the Company HR Manual

Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Handle employee relations cases, including investigations and resolutions

Compensation & Benefits

  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR budgeting
  • Manage salary benchmarking, offers, and negotiations

Compliance & Labor Relations

  • Issue HR communications such as memos and disciplinary notices
  • Act as the company’s labor representative and handle labor-related matters
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulatory requirements

Training & Development

  • Plan and implement training programs for tech and back-office teams
  • Support performance development and organizational growth initiatives

Health, Safety & Compliance

  • Serve as a Certified Safety Officer 1 (SO1)
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations, HSE protocols, and workplace safety standards
  • Lead emergency preparedness planning and conduct regular site safety checks

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 5–7 years of HR experience, with strong exposure to full-spectrum HR
  • Experience handling payroll, employee relations, and labor cases
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and DOLE regulations
  • Certified Safety Officer 1 (SO1) (required)
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
