Reporting To: Drafter Team Manager / Design Team Lead

Role Overview
Support the Singapore DreamR Team by producing clear, accurate, and high-quality drawings that guide design, coordination, and site execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare floor plans, design decks, 3D visual perspectives, and construction drawings.
- Assist the design team in client presentations and technical documentation.
- Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and buildable.
- Support internal coordination and site execution, including clarifying technical details and shop drawings.
- Respond to site queries and assist in post-completion updates if needed.
Project Involvement
- New Lead & Client Requirements: Review existing plans, site photos, and client needs.
- Design Deck & Renders: Prepare layouts, visualizations, and support presentations.
- Construction Drawings & Renovation: Produce detailed drawings, coordinate with PM/designers/vendors, support site execution.
- Completion & Defect Works: Update drawings as-built and assist in clarifications or corrections.
Skills & Competencies
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D modeling, and visualization tools.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Clear communication and ability to explain drawings.
- Understanding of construction processes and site coordination.
- Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented.
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma / advance higher education qualification in Architecture / Interior design or equivalent.
- Knowledge of Interior Architectural project phases, drafting for residential and hospitality projects (from small to big scale sized projects).
- At least 2 years working experience in drafting and documentation with a portfolio sample to showcase upon interview.
- Proficient with AutoCAD, 3D max, SketchUp with Enscape/Vray extension, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign softwares.
