Sr. Project Manager (PropTech Industry)

About the Role
Ohmyhome is looking for a Sr. Project Manager with a strong background in technology and real estate operations to lead cross-functional projects that drive innovation in the PropTech space. This role requires someone who can bridge the gap between technology, real estate services, and business strategy, ensuring smooth execution of projects that enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution
- Develop and manage project roadmaps, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage project timelines, scope, budgets, and deliverables, coordinating efforts across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
- Ensure the smooth implementation of tech-driven real estate solutions, including CRM platforms, mobile applications, and AI-based property-matching systems.
Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with Tech, Business Development, Sales, and Customer Support teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Work closely with real estate brokers, property managers, and legal teams to align project goals with industry regulations.
- Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders.
Process Optimization & Innovation
- Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and suggest tech-driven solutions to improve operations.
- Work with UI/UX teams to refine product features and enhance customer engagement.
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and digital transformation trends in the PropTech space.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze project performance using KPIs and OKRs to track progress and optimize results.
- Leverage data from user behavior, property transactions, and market trends to refine strategies.
- Use tools such as JIRA, Asana, and Trello, along with Agile methodologies, to track project milestones.
Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably in PropTech, Real Estate, SaaS, or FinTech.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills are essential for this role, particularly for effective stakeholder management.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Experience working with Product & Engineering teams to develop real estate platforms or similar solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Nice-to-Have
- PMP or Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, PMI-ACP).
- Experience in CRM tools, AI-driven property solutions, or data analytics in real estate.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, property management, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with PropTech trends, such as smart home integrations, blockchain for real estate, or AI-driven property valuations.
