As a Mid-Level QA Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards. You'll work alongside talented developers and testers, helping to design, implement, and test cutting-edge software that enhances user experiences. What You’ll Do

As part of our agile QA team, you’ll be involved in every phase of the software development lifecycle—from reviewing user stories and designing test cases to system testing and final launch. You'll be responsible for:

• Analyzing user stories to create test cases and execution scenarios.
• Reviewing requirements & technical designs, providing timely feedback.
• Developing, executing, and maintaining test scripts using tools like JIRA and qase.io.
• Mentoring junior testers, guiding them in best testing practices.
• Communicating effectively across teams, ensuring clarity in reports and discussions.
• Creating QA documentation for training and process reference.
• Ensuring quality improvement by identifying and preventing defects.
• Testing software functionality, usability, and performance to enhance user experience.
• Supporting critical testing during weekends or holidays when needed.

What You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 2 years in automation testing (Katalon Studio, Apache JMeter, K6).
• Strong understanding of manual and automation testing techniques.
• Experience with functional, regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in QA automation tools like TestComplete, Cucumber, and version control systems (GitHub).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to software quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment with a customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to support the team during weekends or holidays if needed.
