Key Responsibilities:
- Tech Support & Operations:
- Provide technical support for business processes, ensuring that any operational issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and manage system issues related to technology platforms, providing timely resolutions to ensure business continuity.
- Collaborate with the IT team to address complex technical problems, ensuring the systems are running smoothly and supporting business operations.
- Oversee the implementation and maintenance of tech solutions that support business processes, ensuring they meet organizational needs.
- Business Process Management:
- Ensure business operations are seamless by managing and improving workflows across departments such as customer service, data management, and transactions.
- Analyze and optimize business processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance productivity.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that business processes align with technology capabilities, improving efficiency and scalability.
- Support the development of new operational processes in collaboration with product, engineering, and customer service teams.
- Technology Platform Monitoring & Maintenance:
- Oversee the ongoing maintenance and monitoring of Ohmyhome’s tech platforms, ensuring uptime and optimal system performance.
- Identify and address potential system issues proactively, working with technical teams to implement preventive measures.
- Ensure that technology solutions are continuously aligned with evolving business needs, scaling as the business grows.
- Collaboration & Cross-functional Support:
- Act as a liaison between business and technology teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Provide guidance and support for teams that rely on technology to execute their tasks, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need.
- Coordinate with product, customer support, and engineering teams to manage operational incidents and address system-related challenges.
- Continuous Improvement & Process Optimization:
- Identify inefficiencies in both business processes and technology systems and drive continuous improvement efforts to enhance performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to redesign or implement new workflows and automation to streamline operations.
- Track performance metrics related to business processes and technology, identifying areas for improvement.
- Reporting & Performance Analytics:
- Generate regular reports on operational performance, system uptime, and incident resolution, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor KPIs related to business processes and tech support, offering recommendations for optimizing performance.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a tech support or operations management role, with a strong understanding of business processes.
- Experience with system troubleshooting, tech support, or platform maintenance in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with business process management (BPM) or operational improvement methodologies.
- Prior experience in a real estate or technology company is a plus.
- Skills & Knowledge:
- Proficiency in technology tools and platforms used for business operations (e.g., CRM, ERP systems, project management software).
- Knowledge in Hubspot, Clevertap is preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Knowledge of system integration, process automation, and operational optimization techniques.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage relationships between business and technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve issues effectively under pressure.
