We are looking for a talented Content Writer based in the Philippines to join our growing team. This role focuses on producing high-quality, SEO-optimized content and supporting marketing activities to enhance our online presence and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

As a Content Writer, you will work closely with our Chief Product Officer. Your responsibilities include:

1. SEO Content Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement an SEO-driven content strategy to improve search rankings and online visibility.
• Conduct keyword research and incorporate SEO best practices into content development.

1. Email Marketing (EDM):

• Write and send out engaging EDMs (Electronic Direct Mail) to engage with customers, promote services, or share updates.
• Ability to set up drip campaigns on clevertap. 
• Ensure all email content aligns with brand guidelines and achieves its intended goals.

1. Long-Form Article Creation:

• Write and publish high-quality, long-form articles annually, focused on real estate industry trends, property tips, and market insights.
• Ensure all articles are optimized for search engines, including proper keyword placement, meta descriptions, and internal linking.

1. Content Optimization and Audits:

• Collaborate with the SEO team to perform content audits and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Support CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) audits by refining or creating content to boost engagement and conversions.

1. Blog Management:

• Post blogs on the company website and ensure they are properly formatted and aligned with the brand's voice.
• Review and approve content before publication to maintain quality and consistency.

1. Link Building and Outreach:

• Create content that supports link-building efforts and contributes to acquiring quality backlinks annually.
• Work with external partners to secure relevant and authoritative links.

1. Performance Monitoring:

• Track the performance of content and keywords using analytics tools.
• Provide regular updates and recommendations to refine strategies and achieve goals.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content writing, SEO, and marketing, ideally within the real estate, technology, or digital marketing sectors.
• SEO Expertise: Strong understanding of SEO, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
• Exceptional Writing Skills: Ability to produce clear, engaging, and grammatically flawless content tailored to different audiences.
• Blog and Website Management: Experience in publishing content on websites (e.g., WordPress) and ensuring quality and consistency.
• Email Marketing Knowledge: Proficiency in crafting and sending engaging EDMs.
• Analytical Tools: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to track content performance.
• Detail-Oriented: Strong focus on accuracy and quality in content production.
• Remote Work Skills: Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines while working remotely.
