About the role
Role Overview: The Growth Manager will play a key role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will utilize data-driven strategies, lead cross-functional teams, and implement innovative campaigns across multiple channels to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve growth objectives and increase market share.
- Leverage data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and offline channels.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and KPIs to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize conversion funnels and customer acquisition channels to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Operations, and Sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives and drive revenue growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to inform growth strategies.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to enhance growth initiatives.
- Partner with Data teams to utilize customer insights for outreach marketing and B2B partnerships.
- Continuously experiment with and iterate on marketing strategies to drive innovation and achieve measurable results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or business development, preferably in the PropTech, e-commerce, or technology industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing data-driven growth strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Hands-on experience with multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and marketing automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign metrics, optimize performance, and drive ROI.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, and Data teams, to align goals and initiatives.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Innovative mindset with a passion for experimentation and continuous improvement.
- Familiarity with customer acquisition funnels, B2B partnerships, and outreach marketing.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the PropTech or real estate industry is a plus.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) and advanced analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques.
