Job Description:
- Responsible for UI design (including Web, iOS and Android platform) and involved in the whole process from design strategy to design execution.
- Create conceptual comps, lead the design direction, and enforce artwork quality control for projects.
- Participate in user research, interactive design, design prototype development, etc.
- Work closely with the Product team, the design team from initiation through to completion of the project, create ideas and provide all solutions.
- Present and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and stakeholders
- Ensure delivery of projects in accordance with stipulated timelines.
- Optimize existing user interface designs and test for intuitiveness and experience
- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centric solutions
Requirements:
- Predominantly UI Portfolio showcasing expertise in the fields of Web and Mobile Design, at least 3 years experience as a UI Designer
- A solid grounding in Figma, Adobe XD, Invision and Photoshop. Brownie points for Sketch, Illustrator and After Effects.
- Excellent UI design portfolio
- BA in Design or similar field
- Up to date with emerging tech, latest design patterns, and materials
- Capable of collaborating effectively with leads and the team.
- Strong interest in cutting-edge technology and design exploration and strong self-driven.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience with HTML5 & CSS3 is a plus but not required
- Familiarity with Human-Computer Interaction
- Excellent time-management skills
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
- Critical thinker with excellent problem-solving skills
- Willing to work fulltim in Quezon City.
