General Manager – PT Nosairis Indonesia (PTN)

About the Role
We are looking for a driven and experienced General Manager to lead PT Nosairis Indonesia's business and sales operations. As the single point of accountability for revenue growth and operational excellence at PTN, you will chart the strategic direction of the subsidiary, lead the sales team in securing complex enterprise contracts, and drive a turnaround in performance across the Banking & Financial Services, Fintech, Utilities, and Retail sectors.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who combines strong commercial instincts with hands-on operational and people leadership, and who is ready to position our connectivity and managed services portfolio as a catalyst for digital transformation in Indonesia.
What You'll Do
- Own revenue and profit targets, sales and marketing plans, and overall business strategy for the subsidiary
- Oversee daily operations, cross-department coordination, internal policies, SOPs, and performance benchmarks
- Manage operating budgets, monitor cash flow, and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Lead, supervise, and develop department heads and managers; oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development
- Translate executive goals into actionable plans and report performance directly to senior leadership
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business growth
What You Bring
- 10+ years in general management, sales, or business leadership roles, with at least 5 years in business/people management, key account management, or sales/marketing within Indonesia
- Proven track record growing a business or running a subsidiary
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (Master's an advantage)
- Strong grasp of the telecommunications industry and ICT landscape
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Willingness to travel extensively within Indonesia
