We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Account Manager to manage and handle accounts for retail industries within the Philippines, focusing on high-value maintenance of the most strategic accounts, and serving as the single point of accountability for key enterprise clients.
Responsibilities
- Single point of accountability for strategic enterprise clients, building deep partnerships, and fostering loyalty.
- Lead client meetings, prepare marketing materials, and ensure submission of proposals while collaborating with internal departments to produce seamless outcomes.
- Formulate tactical and strategic plans to meet KPIs and goals for assigned portfolios.
- Maintain executive-level relationships with key persons in enterprise clients and partners, establishing strong leads in the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) committee or related associates.
- Work together with the Sales Director and team members to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
- Track account performance, conduct business reviews, and provide market analysis.
Requirements
- 4-7 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in key account management, sales, or marketing within relevant industries.
- Proven track record selling solutions of managed connectivity services, enterprise software, and payment technologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of account management; team player with extra knowledge in IT being helpful.
- Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, relationship building skills, and proficiency in relevant industries.
- Fluency in local language and English is essential.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the country to meet clients and support field operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include sales value based on Purchase Orders (PO), Letters of Award (LOA), Service Agreements, Total Contract Value (TCV), and establishing sales leads through the Philippine Retailers Association (PRA) and other related associations.
