Job Title: Network Engineer

Job Descriptions
- Set up, install, and configure network and security infrastructure, including:
-Networking (Switches, Routers, Wi-Fi Access Points, Access Point Controllers)
-Security (Firewalls, VPNs, System Security, Proxy, AAA)
- Collaborate closely with strategic partners and internal stakeholders to develop comprehensive and scalable solutions for clients.
- Prepare, review, and finalize technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for all assigned projects.
- Ensure all changes in the production environment follow a formal change management process, including proper approvals, documented test plans, and recorded test results for validation and auditing purposes.
- Ensure all required technical documentation is properly compiled, updated, and handed over to the Network Operations team after successful project deployment.
- Provide day-to-day technical support and troubleshooting assistance to the Network Operations team, including handling network/security incidents, outages, and escalation cases.
- Ensure availability and readiness of spare devices and equipment for projects, and coordinate procurement or replacement if inventory is insufficient.
- Work collaboratively with the business and sales teams to provide pre-sales technical support, including:
-Designing and proposing technical solutions based on client requirements and problem statements
-Delivering technical presentations and solution briefings to partners and clients
-Setting up and managing Proof of Concept (POC) environments for solution validation
Job Specifications
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
- Consistently demonstrate a positive mindset while delivering effective, results-driven network and security solutions tailored to client needs.
- Strong organizational skills, including excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Familiarity with networking and security products from Cisco, Juniper, or Fortinet.
- Possession of professional certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) will be an advantage.
- Ability to perform effectively under pressure while maintaining quality and meeting project deadlines
