Job description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects within our organization. The Project Coordinator will work closely with Project Manager, team members, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Project Planning: Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and milestones in collaboration with the project manager.

· Resource Management: Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to ensure project needs are met.

· Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders, including team members, management, and clients.

· Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, status reports, and other necessary records.

· Scheduling: Organize and schedule project meetings, ensuring all participants are informed and prepared.

· Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the project and work with the project manager to mitigate them.

· Quality Assurance: Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and are completed according to the project plan.

· Budget Tracking: Assist in tracking project budgets and expenses to ensure financial objectives are met.

· Problem Solving: Address project-related issues as they arise, proposing solutions and escalating to the project manager when necessary.

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred.

· 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a related role.

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

· Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project).

· Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

· Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
