We are seeking a highly motivated and responsible Sales and Account Manager, to manage and handling accounts for financial and banking industries within Malaysia, focusing on high-value maintenance of most strategic accounts, and is the single point of accountability for the key enterprise clients.
This is a senior role responsible for securing complex, enterprise-level contracts across Banking & Financial Services, and other industry related to BNM and the Fintech industry. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to position our innovative product and managed services portfolios as a catalyst for digital transformation in the connectivity, banking and payments services.
Key Responsibilities
Key Strategic Relationship Management: Single point of accountability for strategic
enterprise clients, building deep partnerships, and fostering loyalty.
Other Responsibilities
- Account Management: Lead client meetings, prepare marketing materials, and ensure submission of proposals while collaborating with internal departments to produce the seamless outcomes.
- Account Strategic Planning: Formulating tactical and strategic plans to meet KPIs and goals for assigned portfolios.
- Relationship Building: Maintain executive-level relationships with key persons in enterprise clients and also partners.
- Team Collaboration: Work together with Sales Director and team members to ensure service delivery matches client expectations.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Tracking account performance, conducting business reviews, and providing market analysis.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, with at least 3 years in a key account management, sales, or marketing within industries of Financial Services.
- Domain Expertise: Proven track record selling managed connectivity services, enterprise software (specifically FinTech or Digital CX platforms), and payment technologies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of account management, team player, extra knowledge in IT knowledge will be helpful.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, relationship building, and proficiency in the relevant industries.
- Language: Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia language and English is essential.
- Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the country to meet clients and support field operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Sales Value based on Purchase Order (PO), Letter of Award (LOA), Service Agreements,
- Total Contract Value (TCV) or any relevant documents subject to be agree upon with Sales Director or CEO.
- Sales pipeline coverage and conversion rates.
