Role Overview
We are seeking a high-potential, commercially driven Product Engineer to support and contribute to the development and scaling of connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions across Retail, Enterprise, Financial Services (FSI), and Infrastructure sectors.
This role bridges business, technology, and commercial strategy, working closely with Sales, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable, high-impact solutions across large, mufti-site environments ranging from hundreds to tens of thousands of sites.
You will be exposed to national and regional deployments at scale, including ATM networks, retail chains, enterprise branches, and campus infrastructure, while contributing to the growth of recurring revenue (MRR-based) product offerings.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Development & Solutioning
- Support and contribute to the design and enhancement of connectivity and digital infrastructure solutions across multiple industry verticals
- Translate customer requirements into structured, scalable, and repeatable product offerings
- Contribute to the development and standardization of solution architectures (e.g., dual-link connectivity, high-availability designs, managed service bundles)
- Ensure solutions are practical, cost-effective, and deployment-ready at scale
- Commercial & Pricing Strategy
- Support the development of scalable pricing models (per-site, tiered, bundled services)
- Assist in building business cases, including cost structures, margin analysis, and long-term profitability
- Ensure product offerings are commercially viable and aligned with business objectives
- Go-to-Market (GTM) & Sales Enablement
- Develop high-quality product and solution materials, including:
- Solution decks
- Product briefs
- Sales enablement content
- Work closely with Sales teams to support:
- Proposals and tenders
- Customer engagements and solution positioning
- Deal structuring for large-scale deployments (1oo to 1o,000+ sites)
- Contribute to opportunity development and strategic deal execution
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Delivery Alignment
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Delivery teams to ensure:
- Alignment between product design and real-world implementation
- Smooth execution across large-scale, mufti-site deployments
- Contribute to continuous improvement through operational feedback and performance insights

Requirements Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Telecommunications, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in Product Management, Presales, Solution Engineering, or similar roles
- Exposure to networking, telecommunications, or managed services environments is an advantage
Skills & Competencies
- Foundational understanding of:
- Network connectivity (4CxsG, VPN, MPLS, failover concepts)
- Multi-site enterprise and distributed network environments
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into clear, scalable solutions
- Effective communication and stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred Experience (Advantageous)
- Exposure to one or more of the following sectors:
- Retail (POS networks, chain deployments)
- Financial Services (ATM, branch connectivity)
- Enterprise WAN and managed connectivity services
- Experience supporting RFPs, tenders, or enterprise-level proposals
- Familiarity with recurring revenue (MRR-based) business models
