We are seeking a self-driven, detail-oriented, thorough, and organized candidate to join our team.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Handle purchase orders and delivery orders.
- Coordinate travel and hotel arrangements.
- Handle inbound and outbound inventory, including physical management and organization of devices.
- Update and maintain weekly/monthly records of inventory and warehouse stock.
- Assist with import and export shipments.
- Manage RMA requests and maintain updated records.
- Manage ISP (Internet Service Provider) activities, including applications, upgrades, and terminations.
- Handle vendor registration.
- Assist in office administration activities such as purchasing.
- Perform duties as assigned by superiors/management.
- Support basic finance and accounting tasks
- Prepare simple financial reports and summaries for management review when required.
- Provide administrative and compliance support by organizing finance documents, assisting with audit preparations.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Responsible, proactive, polite, and possessing a pleasant personality.
- Highly detail-oriented.
- Able to work independently and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
- Basic knowledge of finance and accounting principles (e.g., invoices, payments, expenses, reconciliations).
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage and ERP systems is an advantage.
Education and Experience:
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
