Roles & Responsibilities:
· To deliver technology projects on time and within budget for the domain they have responsibility.
· Maintaining end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence within specific service line.
· Work with internal stakeholders to determine necessary activities to successfully deliver projects throughout the given service line.
· Ensure sufficient resources are in place and available to fulfil the planned projects.
· Delivering customer satisfaction and overall excellence by identifying opportunities (or issues) and assisting with resolution.
· Managing and leading stakeholders towards optimal solutions while helping them understand resource constraints and prioritization.
· Holding the teams to the highest standards, project discipline and accountability.
· Monitor and manage end-to-end delivery of projects within scope, time and budget.
· Enforce standard methodologies, processes and tools
· Ensure sign-off and handover process are being followed by Service Delivery team during the closure of each project.
Requirements:
·Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor's degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT or Telecommunication related field or equivalent.
·Well verse in English and Bahasa Melayu.
·Ability to act with a sense of urgency and consistently demonstrate leadership and a high level of engagement with supervisors and team members.
·Awareness of and ability to appropriately communicate and manage escalations relative to core network jeopardy situations, outages, and impacts to customer service.
·Strong analytical skills. Ability to track and analyse results, including network operations and productivity performance.
·Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision. Able to work under pressure and manage conflicting priorities and deadlines.
·Basic understanding on cellular signal level and determine if Telco swapping required based on coverage check.
·Basic knowledge in IT Networking & Electrical Engineering.
