Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor's Degree in any major
- At least 3-5 years experience as account manager in private company/BUMN
- Have at least 3 customer bases(Banking and Financial Service Indusry) and have good connection with them
- Capable of identifying new opportunities
- Good planning and organization skills
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Integrity, team player, assertive, and a go-getter
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling M2M products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met with high-quality solutions.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on account status, including sales forecasts and client feedback.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape to provide clients with valuable insights.
