You will coordinate and perform delivery, setup, installation, and maintenance of medical aesthetic machines, ensuring timely transfers and technical support to maintain equipment performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate delivery and urgent transfer of medical aesthetic machines with engineers and sales teams to meet operational schedules
- Assist in ad-hoc delivery of machines and parts to support business needs
- Maintain and update daily records of machine transfers to ensure accurate tracking
- Perform basic housekeeping of machines to maintain cleanliness and readiness
- Unbox, inspect, set up, and conduct installation testing of newly arrived machines and accessories, including system setup and ECL documentation
- Assist with system setup at the office to ensure operational readiness
- Perform routine repair work and troubleshoot installation issues to minimize downtime
- Respond promptly to breakdown repairs and provide on-site technical and engineering maintenance support
Key Requirements
- Diploma or NITEC in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence (compulsory) to operate company vehicle assigned for machine delivery and transfers
- Experience handling machine delivery and maintenance servicing to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Technical problem-solving, troubleshooting, and follow-up skills to resolve equipment issues effectively
- Proficient in written and spoken English for clear communication within the team and with clients
- Knowledge of laser systems and aesthetic equipment to support specialized technical tasks
- Strong teamwork skills with a responsible attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the company
