This 12-month Management Trainee Programme is designed for high-potential Master’s degree graduates who aspire to build a long-term leadership career in the medical aesthetic industry across Southeast Asia.

The trainee will undergo cross-functional rotations across key business units—including Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Operations & Logistics, Finance, Clinical Training, and Product Management—while being mentored directly by the CEO and COO.

The programme aims to accelerate business understanding, develop commercial skills, build cross-country exposure, and groom future leaders. At the end of the 12-month programme, outstanding trainees will advance into key roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Cross-Functional Rotations

Rotate across major functions in the regional organisation to gain end-to-end understanding of the business:

  • Sales & Business Development: Territory immersion, shadowing key account managers, customer engagement, and lead generation.
  • Marketing & Brand Management: Campaign planning, digital strategy support, event coordination, KOL engagement.
  • Product & Clinical Education: Product familiarisation, competitor analysis, assisting trainers during workshops.
  • Operations, Logistics & Supply Chain: Understanding import/export processes, inventory planning, and distribution operations.
  • Commercial Excellence & CRM: Supporting data analytics, performance dashboards, sales process optimisation.
  • Finance & Business Support: Budget tracking, pricing analysis, and cross-country sales reporting.

Strategic Projects

  • Participate in special strategic assignments (e.g., new market entry, product launch preparation, sales efficiency initiatives).
  • Assist in research, data analysis, and preparation of executive presentations.
  • Attend selected leadership meetings to observe strategy formulation and decision-making.

Business & Market Insights

  • Gather and analyse field insights from customers, sales teams, and distributors across SEA markets.
  • Produce actionable recommendations for leadership based on findings.
  • Support competitive intelligence and monitor market trends in medical aesthetics.

Professional & Leadership Development

  • Participate in structured learning, coaching sessions, and leadership workshops.
  • Receive ongoing performance feedback from mentors and rotational managers.
  • Build foundational skills in teamwork, project management, communication, and problem-solving.

Key Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, Engineering, Healthcare, or related fields.
  • Strong academic performance and demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with work experience are welcome.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work across diverse cultures in Southeast Asia.
  • High adaptability, curiosity, and willingness to learn.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing, and entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
