We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Regional Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead and support our recruitment efforts across the region. This role will focus on attracting top talents, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with hiring managers to ensure we build high-performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top candidates for various roles across the region.
- Utilize employer branding, social media, job boards, and other recruitment channels to enhance talent reach.
- Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor talent strategies.
End-to-End Recruitment Process:
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define job requirements.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
- Coordinate interview scheduling, feedback collection, and candidate assessments.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Regional Hiring & Talent Pipeline Development:
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for key roles across different markets in the region.
- Develop relationships with universities, industry networks, and recruitment agencies to tap into diverse talent pools.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and hiring regulations in each country.
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing:
- Strengthen the company’s employer brand through digital marketing, career events, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Represent the company at career fairs, networking events, and recruitment campaigns.
Recruitment Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rates).
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve hiring efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in regional or multinational hiring.
- Strong understanding of regional job markets and hiring practices.
- Hands-on experience with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple hiring projects.
- Fluency in English (additional regional languages are a plus).
