The District Sales Manager will lead and manage our Philippines sales team to drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and promote our range of medical skincare products. This individual will play a crucial role in developing strategies, ensuring target achievement, and maintaining our commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients in the medical aesthetic industry.


Key Responsibilities



  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth in the Philippines.
  • Identify, build, and maintain relationships with key clients, including dermatologists, aesthetic doctors, and other medical professionals.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, competition, and customer needs.
  • Organize and lead product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and product launches.
  • Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.


Key Requirements



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in the medical aesthetics, skincare, or pharmaceutical industry as a District Manager.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
  • Strong understanding of the medical skincare or aesthetics industry in the Philippines.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Based in Metro Manila.
