 Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the overall online and offline marketing plans, product launches, trade exhibitions, seminars, workshops, press conferences, etc. according to the Standard Operating Protocol (SOP).
  • Develop and executive social media marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, reach and engagement across various platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with sales and customer service initiatives.
  • Manage advertising campaigns across various channels including digital, print, and social media.
  • Analyze marketing metrics and adjust strategies to optimize performance and ROI.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, influencers, and industry partners.


Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the medical aesthetics or healthcare industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experienced with social media e.g. Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance in the medical aesthetics industry is a plus.
