We are looking for a Careline Counsellor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As part of the Careline team, you will be involved in our mission to improve our consumers’ mental and physical health through behavioural science, data science, and digital design.
Who we’re looking for:
Education and Professional Certification
- Master’s degree in Professional Psychology (a clinical psychology qualification is preferred)
- Registered as a psychologist with the Himpunan Psikologi Indonesia or the Ministry of Health, with a valid Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog (SIPP) and/or Surat Izin Praktik Psikolog Klinis (SIPPK)
- Additional certification or training in psychotherapy will be an advantage
Experience
- Minimum of one year’s experience in the counselling or mental health sector
- Experience providing emotional support through hotlines or careline services is preferred
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken
- Willingness and availability to work on a shift schedule
What you’ll be doing
- Be a key member of the team responsible for responding to calls for emotional support.
- Assess clients through detailed conversations, exploratory discussions, and observations to determine appropriate interventions.
- Assist and support clients in developing healthy coping strategies.
- Build strong client relationships based on trust and respect while upholding the confidentiality of records and information.
- Liaise with the Naluri Careline Admin team to ensure continuity of care when necessary.
- Provide services according to shift arrangements.
Work Hours & Benefits
- 80 hours per month
- Part-time and flexible working hours
- Base salary with an additional fee for each counseling session hour
- Able to start immediately
