- Position: Event Part Timer / Event Crew
- Location: Malaysia (Onsite & Travel-Based)
- Employment Type: Part-Time / Event-Based
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and coordinating onsite events and activations
- Support participant registration, crowd flow, and event logistics
- Engage with participants professionally during health and wellness activities
- Assist event leads and facilitators throughout the event
- Handle setup and teardown of event materials and equipment
- Ensure smooth event operations on-site
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in any Health Sciences field or related major
- Bonus if you have background in:
- Psychology
- Counselling
- Healthcare Management
- Wellness-related studies
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Experience in event work or activation support is an added advantage
- Must possess own transportation
- Able to travel around Malaysia, including overnight stays when required
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Chinese and Tamil speakers are an added advantage)
- Comfortable working on-site and during weekends/public holidays when needed
- Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
