Job Details
- Position: Care Delivery Associate
- Location: Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
- Salary Range: RM 3,000 - RM 4,000/month
- Type: Full-time
What you'll be doing:
- Act as a liaison between coaches, members and the care delivery team
- Assist in development of service procedure, policies and standards
- Analyse statistics and compile accurate reports
- Facilitating programs and services, trainings and logistics
- Assist in setting up of ecosystem for new clients and coaches
- Assist coaches in structuring and implementing a data-driven care plan
- Holding coaches accountable in abiding by the existing SOP/workflow
- Ensure quality of care delivery is as per company standard
- Advocate for adequate, timely and cost-effective services
- Respond to any issues that occur during the delivery of services
- Monitor the services being provided and stay up to date on any services being introduced or discontinued
- Evaluate the quality of all services and identify areas that need improvements
What We’re Looking For
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
- Strong interest in healthcare delivery, digital health, or patient care operations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
- Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Bonus if you have prior experience in healthcare projects, internships, or volunteering in clinical or patient-focused settings.
