We are looking for a Medical Advisor to help our Naluri members achieve their healthiest and best selves. As a Medical Advisor at Naluri, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting our members towards improved well-being. Your expertise will contribute to our holistic approach that combines medical knowledge with behavioural insights, leading to positive outcomes for both mental and physical health.
Who we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medicine from an accredited institution.
- Possess a valid Certificate of Competence and an active Certificate of Registration.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and various health conditions. An interest in chronic physical conditions and smoking cessation would be an advantage.
- Keen interest in the application of digital health technology and comfortable providing support through text-based counselling.
- Passionate about or willing to learn healthy lifestyle interventions, motivational interviewing techniques, and interdisciplinary healthcare collaboration.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Based in Greater Jakarta.
What you'll do:
- Respond promptly to member inquiries via text-based coaching within the stipulated response time.
- Provide evidence-based medical guidance to support behavioural change.
- Monitor member progress and offer personalized guidance to improve well-being.
- Work closely with mental health professionals, dietitians, fitness coaches, and other experts to ensure holistic care for members.
- Participate in Naluri-organised projects, wellness programs, and corporate events.
- Contribute to health campaigns and engagement activities within the Naluri ecosystem.
