Internship Details

• Location: Hybrid (2 to 3 days WFO) – Kuala Lumpur / Klang Valley
• Allowance: RM 800 per month

Care Delivery Internship Goal

• Provide day-to-day support for coaching operations.
• Generate and update member lists for coaches (Excel/Google Sheets).
• Track coach SLAs and send reminders or follow-ups when needed.
• Send out-of-office messages and assist with leave coverage tasks.
• Pull simple reports and flag basic tech/platform issues.
• Assist with small content tasks (e.g., lesson descriptions) and general admin.

What We’re Looking For

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, Public Health, Business, or a related field.
• Strong interest in healthcare delivery, digital health, or patient care operations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
• Bonus if you have prior experience in healthcare projects, internships, or volunteering in clinical or patient-focused settings.
