Role: Careline Team Lead

Salary Range: 40,000 THB - 60,000 THB

We are looking for a clinically trained counsellor or psychologist with 3–5 years of hands-on counselling experience to lead our Careline operations in Thailand. This role requires someone mature, steady, and confident in managing emotionally complex situations while guiding a small team on the ground.
Who We’re Looking For Clinical Qualifications (Mandatory)
You must meet ONE of the following:
Psychologist
- Master’s degree in Clinical, Counselling, or Clinical Psychology
- Licensed or registered with a recognised Thai psychological body
OR
Counsellor
- Postgraduate Diploma (or higher) in Counselling
- Minimum 600–800 hours of counselling experience
- Completed clinical supervision hours
- Registered or eligible for registration with a Thai counselling/mental health association
Experience Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in counselling, mental health, or crisis response and leading a careline team.
- Strong exposure to handling difficult cases, emotional distress, and de-escalation
- Comfortable managing Thai clients with varying emotional intensity
- Experience guiding peers or supporting junior counsellors preferred
- Strong Thai communication; good professional English

What You’ll Be Doing
Technical Responsibilities
- Provide professional emotional support through calls, chat, and consultations
- Conduct structured assessments and determine appropriate care pathways
- Manage higher-intensity or escalated cases with good clinical judgement
- Apply evidence-based strategies and maintain excellent documentation
- Support crisis cases when needed
Team Lead Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day Careline operations in Thailand
- Guide and mentor junior counsellors and part-time clinicians
- Review cases, ensure quality, and reinforce Naluri’s clinical protocols
- Manage schedules, handovers, and follow-up processes
- Escalate complex cases to the Regional Careline Manager when necessary
- Represent Thailand in cross-country Careline and clinical meetings
